Wires Under Kerosene Heater?

I got this used kerosene heater and I noticed that there are two wires coming out under the heater that aren’t connected to anything. One is white and the other is red. They both have a B shaped connector so I know they can’t go into each other. I haven’t tested it out yet because I want to be sure it’s set up right first. It looks pretty old so does anyone have any idea?
