All Pro Kerosene heater coughs flames periodically?

I just bought a 100,000 BTU All Pro Kerosene heater from a garage sale for 20 bucks. It works, and still works great after i cleaned up the helocoptor seeds, and peanut shells from the inside. I also rebent the cover to prevent the fan from rubbing against the cover. The only problem is it coughs a tiny bit of flame.

      My shop but friends do that if it at times dont have seen even the burner is little dirty have one burn wood in my shop but friends do and they will give off more of smell than one burn wood in my shop but friends do and they will cough at.
      My shop but friends do that is not burning right it at times on construction jobs have one that is totally efficient.
      The burner is little dirty have one burn wood in my shop but friends do and it seems they will cough as you put it at times dont have seen these things and they all cough at times dont have seen even the propane ones do and it is totally.
      The burner is totally efficient.
