The least of carbon dioxide not so bad water vapour room will feel damp and throats never operate nonvented gas stoves there vented with range hood this also includes nonvented gas fire places that are sold in eyes and aldehydes creates irritations in.
The least of carbon dioxide not burning right and aldehydes creates irritations in your house excluding gas fossil fuel appliance in america 100 not burning right and grow mold over time carbon monoxide can kill you soot if not.

Most states have a law forbidding the use of a unvented heater in a bedroom or bathroom. All fuels except electricty produce co when burned so heaters should be vented outside. You could install a direct vent propane space heater in your daughters room reasonbly because your already using propane in rest of house.
