Kerosene Monitor MPI 441 Doesn’t work?

Hello. I have an MPI 441 kerosene heater installed. It ran out of fuel and I had more delivered yesterday and the tank is full. When I turn it ON it starts, but doesn’t ignite. After a few minutes burner lights start flashing and it shuts down. Is there anything I can do myself or do I need to call a repairman? Thank you.
