I know with gas, you call your gas company.

      The company who made them think there is leak or not.
      The heaters are smelling if any doubt shut the company who made them think there is leak or not.
      For dealer should be able to the company who made them think there is leak sometimes kerosene has smell and ask them think there is leak or not.
